Owosso’s City Manager confirmed the incident and placed Keiper on Administrative Leave
Henne confirmed the incident in Owosso and placed Keiper on Administrative Leave in response. Henne stated that “We now have the full picture of what happened and are considering appropriate disciplinary action according to the city’s personnel policies.” Henne added that an investigation into the incident had taken place, with appropriate disciplinary action to follow. Keiper was relieved of her position on December 9th, 2022.
